First off, a plug for the Commoncraft Show and their "X in Plain English" series. PNQ1: Why is a strict popular vote for President of the United States unfeasible? Why do we need electors again? PNQ2: What's this "#electors=#senators+#representatives" business really all about? Doesn't this give smaller states a bigger voice than usual, with larger states getting a smaller voice? How is this fair? PNQ3: How is it fair that some states allow multiple candidates to split the electors, while others are strictly "majority winner claims all electors"?
