As for Chancellor Valium's party; you have a good platform, but add more Character Devolepment, and less of Archer discovering aliens that Kirk will discouver.

Also, as well as sacking someone for whatver, also force the sack-e to listen to a lengthy explination of Quantum Physics/Mechanics.

Also, I've got a perfict person to have for science-babble: my Science Teacher, I won't name him untill you actually approve of him into the party however.
