That article yesterday has inspired a Top 10 list. Meanwhile, don't try to read any DS9 fivers today, they don't load. PHP problem -- I'm working on it.[/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0][quoteost_uid0]The TrekToday people have used "the Temporal Cold War heats up in this upcoming episode" about as many times as they can get away with.[/quoteost_uid0]Textbooks on the Cold War tend to do this, too. I once started a fanfic that tied the Temporal Cold War into Star Wars and Doctor Who (it was bizarre; Future Guy was Sifo-Dyas was Davros) entitled "The Cold War Turns Hot" and in every chapter a character would remark that the Temporal Cold War had just turned hot. [color=#000000ost_uid0]Ha! I say good riddance to the TCW. And good riddance to the Xindi arc. Its high time we get back to the hallmarks of Star Trek: Disconnected episodes that don't require any background. Season 3 of Enterprise made DS9 look mild by comparison. The pre-Federation universe is chock full of great story material that doesn't require 26 episodes to explain. AGH! Who's venting? I'm not venting.
Oh, and on an unrelated note, nice list Zeke.[/colorost_uid0]
