Why am I getting the creepy feeling about those voices?

Voice 3: The windows are tiny! I think we may just have to… *suddenly, the power to the entire motel is cut. Did I mention this was night? So, like, everything is dark  *Voice 4: You have all fallen into the plan nicely. And now, I shall reveal what is really going on… *ominous music plays*
