[color=#000000ost_uid0]I can`t quite decide between Voyager and Deep Space Nine... but I voted for Voyager.

But I don`t see much point in All of the Above/None of the Above/Other options. "All" isn`t very decisive, and that`s the whole point here... Other.. well, these are the only Trek series I know of, heehee (except of TAS, that`s missing in the poll) and None... well, if None is your choice, don`t vote, I say... [/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]Same here. IMHO, [iost_uid0]Deep Space Nine[/iost_uid0] is the best of all the series, but I still cast my vote for [iost_uid0]Voyager[/iost_uid0] because it's the only series I have watched from start to end.

Besides, much as I like Sisko, he just doesn't have the same attraction to me that Janeway does... [/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]I guess I'm the only one who voted for DS9 so far, guess I'm not a real Trek fan, oh well [/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]At first I was one of the ones who called DS9 "Deep Sleep Nine", but it started to grow on me--especially after very Brooks started to seem interested in what was going on...

But when it comes to raw emotions and red-blooded action, nothing compares to TOS. Voyager and TNG seem sedate by comparison to me.[/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]Oh wow! No one voted for TNG: Next Gen so far! It's certianly the second-best Trek, the most solid throughout the seasons, and the most entertaining in every ep.[/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]Well, I voted for Enterprise. The temporal cold war, the Xindi, etc. Enterprise and DS9 have this ongoing storyline I like. I can't find that in the other series. Maybe in Voyager, a little. But not enough. DS9 would be a close second.[/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]That was a hard choice. -_- I started on Voyager, and absoultly love all those characters. But DS9 had the awesome story arcs that Enterprise is also doing. But I have to vote for Voyager because it was my first and the thing that brought me to where I am today. From these forums, to my Role Playing, Voyager started my fanaticism ::Bows head::

:crying: Isn't that just beautiful?[/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]Well, if it was "Second Best Star Trek Series" then TNG would be a shoe in.

I'm a TOSer by the way.[/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]And here I was, thinking Enterprise would need a few more fans...

Anyone know if the results of the 'Save One Show' thing are out yet?[/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]Next Gen seems to be everyone's second favorite Star Trek. Almost all fans like it! So really, it's the overall fave, although not many peoples fave...if that makes sense.
It was totally the most solid of all the series.[/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]Actualy, my order goes like this:

Voyager
DS9
Enterprise
Next Gen
Original Series

Yeah, Next Gen has all the recognizable characters, but I don't care much for their story line. Maybe if I was older and grew up in the time it was made I'd like it better, but no. I do however enjoy the movies. That counts for something. [/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]Next Gen seemed to me stiff and wooden. The characters were just a little too perfect. Now, give me an ex-con pilot or an engineer tormented by his sister's death and I can watch that show forever. [/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]I have several "best" Treks -- each is just a different kind of best. TNG is the one I grew up with, and the first one I think of when I hear "Star Trek." DS9 is the one I consider best-written overall. Voyager is my favourite, the closest to my heart. Enterprise is the most fun and holds my interest the most intently. TOS is the most basic -- it's Star Trek at its simplest and purest.[/colorost_uid0]

There's always New Frontier :dead: and Starfleet Corps of Engineers...

And I voted for the original series. DS9 might be better, I don't know, but the original is definitely my favorite for now. The characters are probably the primary reason for that.[/colorost_uid0]
