Default Shameless plug

So I can't remember if I mentioned in here that I'm going to be the next Bill Nye. I'm starting an Indiegogo campaign soon to raise funds to allow me to produce a series of YouTube videos explaining basic concepts in science in simple terms. In the meantime, I'm pimping it out to just about everyone I know to generate some advance publicity.

Spread the word. Given my well-known disdain of all forms of social media, the fact that we have Twitter and Facebook for it should give you an idea of how committed I am to it.

Is that guy in the picture you? Cause that's nothing like I pictured you.

That is indeed me. Behind me is the HPLC-MS that was the bane of my existence for months until I gave up on every getting it to work properly.

My hair isn't usually that short. I got overly hacked last haircut.

We're live. The campaign launched today:

We're already gotten a plug from Irregular Webcomic and a thread in the hard-to-find area of Fark.com.

Spread the word.

Ten days left! Most campaigns do the bulk of their fundraising at the end, so there's still time left to get it over the finish line.
