But of course, the founders would have put that skill in the genetic code of the Vorta. It's a great distraction tactic when in war with humans.
Oh, and Worf couldn't shoot an elbow licking Vorta if it stood right in front of him. It's different with the bat-leth, of course.

Photographic evidence? That might be difficult... First, to suffer the humiliation of someone taking a picture of me while I`m all distorted, with my elbow on my mouth and my tongue sticking out and licking it... then for people in the photo studio to see that while developing pictures... then all of you looking at me in that position...
