Welcome to Day 30, in which we finally conclude our long string of DS9 cliffhangers with....
[*]Five-Minute "The Sacrifice of Angels," by me... Part 1. Ha! This one doesn't have a logical breakpoint, but I split it anyway.[/list]

Be here tomorrow for Day 31, the other very last day of CW!

Female Shapeshifter: Good news, Odo! The Federation fleet is losing badly and Major Kira is in jail.
Odo: Oh no! ...Is what I would be saying if I still had my soul.
Female Shapeshifter: Yes, that reminds me. Don't you think it's time you started using your real name again?
Odo: I changed it for a reason. You can't introduce yourself as "Odius" around these immature solids.
Odius. Heh. Great partial-ep, Zeke.

Yeah, yeah, have your laughs. Do you have any idea what a rush I was in last night? (Well, I guess you do, because you saw that error....) For the record, I use character codes like that to save time while writing, and then I Find-and-Replace them when I'm done. Worf was "wf" because Weyoun, having more lines, got "w" this time around.

Could be worse. I've given Phlox's lines to Porthos before. And don't get me started on the scene in an OC fiver where I mixed up two character codes and ended up having Sandy, not Summer, sleep with Seth. Sandy is Seth's father....

The "*snicker*" was for the scene, honest (Sisko: Oo, even better. Ram it instead.) -- I was ready to go back and delete the other. Yes, I figured the character code you just described was exactly what that was. The lower-case "wf" just struck me as being funny in itself, somehow. (Sandy sleeping with Seth, now, that would have been hilarious, except for the niggling detail that I've never seen the show and probably wouldn't have caught it at all. )

Well, I've seen the show, so I can say that the image is very disturbing, with added horror points for my demented hyperactive creative center already starting to fill in a subplot to accomodate such a thing...

I'm sure it's possible to run that joke into the ground, but I'm still not seeing how it could happen
