To be prerfectly honest, I don't actually want to buy either - the only reason I bought a GameBoy Pocket way back when was so that I could play Pokemon (and because it was very cheap). I agree. For mobility I have a mobile and a Palm. Anything else would be unnecessary, IMO...

Anyway, I don't use them myself - got me an Ipaq HX4700 instead.

Aside from that it runs on Windows, crashes, and overheats like crazy, you mean? It's a PC, and it suffers the same problems.

At least with a Palm you have none of the problems and pretty much identical advantages by now

I've never had a single damn problem with my Pocket PC.

Of course, some people have this need to overgeneralize based on crap statistics. As in, those who complain the loudest are not necessarily typical of the population as a whole.

I'm agreeing with ijdgaf, there - the only serious problem my pocketpc has ever had turned out to be a duff (3rd party) GPS receiver driver.
