My musical taste spans five decades, however I wasn't around for any of them.

Oldies (50s-70s, not including disco or the harder classic rock), swing, big band, some of the Rat Pack stuff, maybe a little jazz, etc.

Oh, and Weird Al and the Arrogant Worms. I dislike most of the stuff written after I was born.

What a strange thing for a bot to listen to.

Hey, another Weird Al fan! Twinkie weiner sandwiches all around!

My major musical passion is showtunes. Broadway songs, Disney songs, Schoolhouse Rock, etc.

Next up is ska and related "soft" rock. Big Smash Mouth fan, Semisonic, Sugar Ray. Maybe you don't think of these as "soft" rock, but I just say it to mean that they aren't hard rock.

Then again, I like some "harder stuff, too. Sheryl Crow, Alanis Morisette, etc.

I'll go for the oldies too, a little bit of classical, and a plethora of not-made-in-North-America stuff. J-pop, J-rock, K-pop (Korean), Eurobeat, and the like.

And yes to the Arrogant Worms. And pretty much anything out-of-genres. Also, always with the video game music.

Classical European and Japanese pop. There are a few other things, but that covers between 70% and 80% of it.
