Reinstall
Well, that was easy. I've reinstalled the forums and everything seems fine. The next step will be to reconstruct the 5MV skin and stuff like member titles. For now, however, the forum will continue to look like this.

It gave me something of a shock, however - I hit 'refresh' once and got presented with the phpbb installation page... *grins*
Anyway, the most important thing isn't that the forum is perfect, but that we have a forum to gripe about its imperfections in.

Well, this is the normal skin I use, so the phpbb logo in the upper-left is surely different, but pretty much the rest is the same!
Glad it went off without any headaches!

I've never actually used the 5MV skin...it looks the same to me :?
However, great, painless reinstillation!
