Now there's a sig for the ages (once you tweak it a little):

Burt: You're a weird, moody, geeky bunch, but they seem to be my defining characteristics, eh?

It'll probably take me a bit to dig up my code. I'll try to remember. But it's almost trivial as I don't own anything online yet, and won't until February (Smash Bros.)

Just to let y'all know, Toys'R'Us has just about the craziest damned deal I've ever seen on Super Mario Galaxy. Buy it from them next week and you get a free $25 gift certificate. So if you were gonna buy it anyway, now you 25 bucks toward your next game purchase.

And everyone is releasing all their big guns this time of year. It is not a good time of year to be broke and a gamer, unfortunately. I got a new 360 and a Wii and a ton I want for each and... gah. Hopefully I'll find a job soon, add another paycheck, and pick up Assassin's Creed too.

Is it ever a good time to be a broke gamer? Come to think of it, for me it's no so bad because no money means fewer decisions to make. Still don't even have a Gamecube.

Now my Mum wants a Wii, but my Dad says wait until the next thing they bring out. What's in the works for Nintendo? Or is Sony/Playstation bringing out a remote operated game system at any point in the near future?

In other news, I did buy myself a DS. Great games, but I'm not likely to ever be in one of their online-y places, and wouldn't know what do do if I was. No one else I know has a DS either. Great games though!

Oh, boy, the next Nintendo console...

From the way the press releases sound, Nintendo isn't even keeping it's head above water making Revolutions. Think about it, if they were really together than scalpers wouldn't be making oodles of money on the secondary market, would they?

Of course, where can Nintendo go now with a new console anyway? Of course even they have to admit that graphics somewhere on par with their contemporaries is a must, as TV technology increases by leaps and bounds. One innovation that comes to mind is some kind of sensor system. Couldn't they invent a set of wireless sensors to attach to your hands, feet, and head to sort of take the Wiimote to the next level? Make a motion as if you're turning your head to the right, and the camera moves to the right. Run in place, and your character moves faster. The hand sensors would let you make karate chops and your character would do the same. Or you could balance a virtual basketball on your finger. Or put a hand to your forehead and the camera would zoom in on the background, enabling you to "see" farther. Heck, hear an enemy behind you and make a backhanded punch. I love seeing backhanded punches.

If they can make the Wii remote, then I don't see it being too hard to make that sort of setup.

Is the playstation likely to bring out a remote-like system? I really prefer Playstation to Nintendo. (*ducks rotten fruit*).

Does anyone here HAVE a Playstation 3 for that matter? Was it worth the prohibitive cost?
