3) In the fall I'll be starting work on my MFA. Which should be time consuming. Also awesome.

I suppose the "where you're living" part remains to be worked out (if you have any questions about the local geography or what-have-you, let me know; I lived on the Peninsula for quite a few years and may be able to help out), but what school?
