I mean, perhaps they should just let Cathrine cool off from relationships after cheating-no-good-used-to-be-on-Xfiles-dude...and focus on some Sarah/Nick action! I mean, she's had less dates than anyone on the show... with C/W they might as well have thrown us Greg/Grissom :!: It came out of nowhere! Now, if Sarah/Nick would get together, and Warrick got involved, at that girl who quit came back...we'de end up Days Of Our CSI :P
