Default 5MDV: Five-Minute "The Vulcan Hello"

I had hoped it wouldn't come to this. I wanted to publish both parts at once and make a whole thing of that.

But dammit, 2019 is not gonna be the first calendar year I don't update 5MV in. And this needs the least prep time out of the technically-finished things I've got (there are actually a couple). It's not properly linked into its subsite because the subsite isn't made yet, but that can wait.

Ladies, gentlemen... Five-Minute "The Vulcan Hello".

Only a couple? I'm sure a few of my DS9 fivers are ready for prime time.

Can't comment on the fiver, I don't watch Discovery. And if I ever do, it has to wait in line behind B5 and ENT...

I watched the pilot, and this is the pilot, so I can totally comment!

And I really don't have interest in sitting down and watching the series spoiler-free, so I'll continue reading the fivers.

Connor: She's back, but her lifesigns are fading! And all I'm getting from her comms is this "uh" sound.
Georgiou: Beam her back!
Saru: The transporters still can't penetra--
Georgiou: Yes, yes, right. (sigh) I swear, 85 percent.
Georgiou is very genre-savvy.

Georgiou: I'm waiting for the part you couldn't tell me over the comm.
Very genre-savvy. She does need to learn to turn around though.

Voq: It's just white skin! I can tan! Watch! (sticks arm in flame) --YEEEARGH!
T'Kuvma: I do like the enthusiasm, though.
Heheh.

I agree with the tag for this thread. Just had to mention this before I moved on.

Well written. And yes, she does need to turn around.

Also, Zeke, you probably have a few in your email inbox submitted from others that you could proof and post in 2020. *poke*

I am 99.44% certain that there will be at least one more fiver published in 2020.
