[color=#000000ost_uid0]Books-a-Minute
Hey guys. I've been absent for a while (and will probably continue to be for a good while --- I owe FatMat so many letters it's embarassing). Saw this today, don't know if it was mentioned here on this board or the last one, thought y'all would be interested. Okay bye. MM[/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]Heh. Not bad. A little shorter than a fiver, but I guess that's part of their claim anyway.
I got a kick out of - City on the Edge of Forever - The Last Unicorn ([bost_uid0]MmeBlueberry[/bost_uid0], you may be interested in this one) - The Horse and His Boy - The Indian in the Cupboard - If You Give a Mouse a Cookie - I am NOT going to get up today - The Giving Tree - The Crucible - The Lady of the Tiger Movie-a-Minute is pretty good too. I liked Angels in the Outfield and Mortal Kombat.[/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]These seem more like ten-second versions...
I really liked the "Complete Works of Piers Anthony" one in the sci-fi section. :lol: Also the "-mancer" series. And "Stormship Troopers". I think they summed Heinlein up pretty well there (except for the plotlessness)... :lol: And the "Dune" series.[/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]Who doesn't? (I've been to Book-a-Minute before; funny stuff, though maybe a bit [iost_uid0]too[/iost_uid0] short. But some of them are absolute genius. Jim's a big fan.)[/colorost_uid0]
