Yeah, Alexia, I was having the same problem! I'm not 100% sure how I fixed it, but it doesn't happen anymore.

I have the same problem, just I do have a few non-illegal programs, such as Firefox, for example.
Also, the thing that really sold (Maaaybe that's not the
perfect word
) me on Pro was that it recalles the previous x lines of your conversation history into the chat window! It's really helpful when you have a serious addiction to widow-closing like I do.
