Or not. It seems to occur more frequently for me when reading fivers that are particularly dense with references and allusions, as both yours and Nic's tend to be -- the brain seems to be reaching for "just that one more". (It's happened more than a couple of times with Derek's, as well -- in one case,
way more than "just one more".)
This should not be taken, however, as a suggestion that you should stop doing that sort of thing -- I happen to enjoy it ... a lot.
