Well, there was an train in the episode, so you can blame the original writer.
Or not. It seems to occur more frequently for me when reading fivers that are particularly dense with references and allusions, as both yours and Nic's tend to be -- the brain seems to be reaching for "just that one more". (It's happened more than a couple of times with Derek's, as well -- in one case, way more than "just one more".)

This should not be taken, however, as a suggestion that you should stop doing that sort of thing -- I happen to enjoy it ... a lot.
