My theory is, what's the difference between me taping the show for free and fast-forwarding through the commercials, and downloading it for free with the commercials removed? It's not like I'm selling it or distributing it, so I have no qualms about pulling t.v. programs off BitTorrent. In fact, they should take it as a compliment.
