I had a look, but none of the pictures were showing up. I guess that could just be me though - my internet connection has been a bit screwy of late.[/color:post_uid0]

NAHTMMM 01-19-2004 05:00 PM

No, that happened for me too. :( I could see all the pictures in the one for Return of the King, and I could see most of the non-character puppets elsewhere, but that was about it.[/color:post_uid0]

Katy Jane 01-22-2004 04:47 PM

And now the sites been disabled, and i didnt get to see it! :( :crying:[/color:post_uid0]

NeoMatrix 01-24-2004 05:10 AM

Hey, I added a main page to my 5MV fansite page. So now when you click the link below, you wont go directly to the 5MV story page. Don't worry, the link to the story is on the main page.[/color:post_uid0]

PointyHairedJedi 01-24-2004 07:31 PM

For those that don't already know of it, I suggest you visit B3TA for some general hilarious wackiness. Some of the pictures may take a while for those on dial-up though.[/color:post_uid0]

Look what I accidentally found on the net a few minutes ago...

The official Zeke site - http://www.zekeyou.com

It`s deliriously funny, from our 5MV perspective... especially if you click on the Biography when you enter the site...

quote from Biography:

"Lock up your daughters, take cover, the mighty Zeke is back in town with a vengeance..."

:D Â :D Â :D[/color:post_uid0]

"... be wary of your punctuation... fear the word 'soon'..."

:D[/color:post_uid0]

catalina_marina 01-27-2004 10:35 AM

Zeke's got a band named after him? That is so cool. :D[/color:post_uid0]

PointyHairedJedi 01-27-2004 09:24 PM

Hah, that's not all -

http://www.geocities.com/pointyhairedjedi/zeke.jpg

He's even made it into [i:post_uid0]Sim City 3000[/i:post_uid0].[/color:post_uid0]

[quote:post_uid0]We're sorry, but this page is currently unavailable for viewing.[/quote:post_uid0]
That doesn't help.[/color:post_uid0]

Katy Jane 01-27-2004 10:06 PM

Try again, it works for me :P ;)[/color:post_uid0]

PointyHairedJedi 01-27-2004 10:10 PM

I could put it in a page, but I'm too lazy. You have to copy and paste the link into a new browser window.[/color:post_uid0]

catalina_marina 01-27-2004 10:16 PM

It works now. Geocities is just weird. :suspicious:[/color:post_uid0]

Sa'ar Chasm 01-27-2004 10:47 PM

I came across this during the course of a SciFinder search.

ZEKE Spectroscopy

Not entirely sure how it works. Reading that bit after I hit "Add Reply."[/color:post_uid0]

Nic Corelli 01-28-2004 02:38 AM

"ZEKE spectroscopy is a new very high resolution spectroscopy for the study of cations, anions and, indirectly through these species, of neutrals..."

Also, "Zeke molecular states"...

Fascinating, :D[/color:post_uid0]

Sa'ar Chasm 01-28-2004 02:50 AM

I went and read the "How ZEKE Spectroscopy Works" page. I still don't get it. It's based on a lot of Quantum concepts that make my brain hurt. I got the impression that it involves exciting an electron to just shy of the ionisation limit and then doing spectroscopy.[/color:post_uid0]

Nic Corelli 01-28-2004 03:33 AM

Zeke Spectroscopy:

You ask the electron to come out of the ionisation limit, he says he`ll come out "soon". You then type 23 exclamation points, and the electron bursts out of the limit furiously, :D[/color:post_uid0]

::wipes eyes furiously::

No provoking electrons, here! It's bad for yer health![/color:post_uid0]

Katy Jane 02-10-2004 08:36 PM

Mwahahahaha This is too funny

Martha's tribute to Star Trek[/color:post_uid0]

PointyHairedJedi 02-11-2004 10:44 PM

I don't know who she is, but it's rather amusing anyway.[/color:post_uid0]
