When are these coming?

It was an errent google that led me to the fiveminute battlestar miniseries, and then to this site, so I have a question, Will there be more battlestar galactica fivers? I would love to see more

Also 4th season of enterprise? when will we have fivers there?

When will the cows come home? How long is a piece of string?

Answer: Soon ;)

The official policy on BSG fivers is ";)".

The official policy on Season Four fivers is "soon".

Oh, and welcome to the forums -- hope you stick around, this is certainly a fun place.

Maybe the cows are following the piece of string?

Or the piece of string is the same length as the distance the cows have to walk to make it back?

Hmmm. 47? 42? Then again, religeous debate isn't allowed, as I recall.

Zeke 02-12-2006 05:25 PM

That's politics. Religion is fair game unless it becomes a problem.

e of pi 02-12-2006 06:39 PM

Such as the morality of 42 vs 47?

Well, we all know what the answer is, but I think the answer to this specific question must be: a fish.

whoiam 02-12-2006 06:46 PM

What morality? 42 is the answer, and 47 is the universal delay constant.

Chancellor Valium 02-12-2006 06:52 PM

The what-now? What's a universal delay constant when it's making itself a cuppa?

whoiam 02-12-2006 06:56 PM

Whenever anything in sci-fi is timed or delayed, it's either for a multiple of 47 seconds, or by a multiple of 47 seconds (depending on whether it's a timer or delay). Thus, 47 is the universal delay constant.

But it isn't, is it? For example, all-in-all, Arthur Dent's dental appointments were delayed throughout his timestream by exactly forty-two seconds.

e of pi 02-12-2006 08:53 PM

Good point.

whoiam 02-12-2006 11:04 PM

Maybe I should correct that to the 'fiver delay constant'.

Air. The not-quite-final frontier. These are the voyages of a bunch of mindless loons, our five-year mission - to seek out new pools and new chlorinations, to boldly jump where no idiot has dared jump before!

Done. Next?
